Availability

I currently work online only, with adult clients, on Mondays and Thursdays. If you’d like to work with me but can’t make these times, get in touch anyway - I may have flexibility on other days.

Fees

My rate is $130 per 1-hour session.

If I could, I would offer counselling entirely for free - I wish the powers that be would subsidise this work fully, given how important and life-altering it is. Unfortunately that's not the world we live in, and private practice is how I earn my living within the capitalist system we all navigate.

I also work at a community counselling centre, where I offer low-cost counselling - there's currently a considerable waitlist there.

Accessibility matters to me. If what I offer really resonates with you and the rate genuinely isn't affordable, please reach out anyway. Sometimes I have some flexibility.

Deposit & payment

A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. It's refundable if you cancel at least 24 hours in advance. The remaining balance is due on the day of your session.

Cancellations

I don't love having to spell this out, but I need to work to live - and a considerate relationship goes both ways. Here's my policy:

• 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations

• Late cancellations (under 24 hours) forfeit your 50% deposit

• Missed appointments without notice incur the full fee

• After a couple of missed appointments in a row, we may need to talk about pausing your regular slot - and, if you'd like to continue, moving you to my waitlist

Cancellation fees are applied at my discretion. I'm caring by nature and understand that life throws curveballs - and as an AuDHDer myself, I get how hard time and organisation can be. In turn, I sincerely ask my clients to be caring and considerate toward me, and toward others on my waitlist.
